And we heard story after story of people who went and got treatment, credible actors and Felt it had improved their lives. Whether it was an opioid addiction or other issues they were dealing with, it made an impact. And Slowly, as session went on, the members of the Texas House, members of the Senate, began to agree that this was worth the next step.
