So we are looking at these things and trying to figure out what we can do in the state of Texas to make things more affordable. How about property insurance? We've had companies leave the state of Texas. Property insurance, absolutely. And there's a series of bills out there talking about that. looking at that we've heard lots of people say it's gone up. There are a number of open seats next year, competitive races for U.S. senate, Attorney General, comptroller. (12:30–12:35)
