So I don't know if we're married to having an omnibus or not, but I will tell you that I believe the Texas House will lead and will do two things this session. I do believe the political winds have shifted. I believe the votes are there for universal school choice. I do believe this will be the session that it passes. I also believe that as we talk about our public education system, there's huge momentum to make sure that we're continuing to take care of that. (08:53–08:56)
