I believe what the Heller decision of the Supreme Court said that it's self protection and I actually think there's a good that comes from having more citizens armed with CHLs. It saves and helps us protect other people and I think we need to reduce that as a barrier to getting a license. I don't know why we actually charge money for a license fee.” (22:17–22:23)
