The only thing that has been more of a priority for the Texas House is the budget, which is the only thing we're constitutionally obligated to pass. House Bill 2 shows you the Texas House and the speaker says this is the most important bill other than the budget of session. We're going to work with our colleagues in the Senate. We're going to work with the lieutenant governor and the governor to get this bill to his desk and talk about the historic, important increases that really are merited given everything that's been going on.
