I guess let's start at the very beginning of this committee that started getting together and meeting and talking about the selection of a House speaker. Sure. So this probably stems from goes all the way back to August when 12 members of the Republican caucus wrote a letter [in August] to discuss having a rules and a procedure for selecting a speaker. We had an hour long conversation, very good conversation. Agreed to have further discussions at a caucus retreat back in September. (01:10–01:20)
