This is, the government has become too lenient with who gets put on SSDI. There are issues with lacking the ability to encourage people to work who are on SSDI. You could reduce benefits and encourage people to work. Right now, it's basically all or nothing. So that's a portion that would take care of about 20% of the shortfall.
