The counties are pretty, I won't say powerless, but it's pretty business friendly for the counties in Tennessee. So we've got, in Tennessee, fairly low property tax. And really The tax base in Tennessee is from sales tax. So that's, you know, they got to get you somehow. So that's how it works in Tennessee.
