Like you said, they wasted no time getting going on this. You guys approved the zoning on it. It seems like just a couple of months ago. Right. And There's some hundred year old infrastructure underneath the existing building that'll have to be rerouted. So that'll happen this summer. That's already been, I believe that's been bid out already. And then we'll see where their next steps are. (02:13–02:20)
