And then the area furthest west toward that wall eco site, there were issues with groundwater, there were issues with surface to four feet there that will have to be remediated. So we'll have to do a plan. So The DNR is going to send us a responsible party letter. and they've already given us the test results and they will tell us, you know, what that process looks like.
