Well, I would encourage you to watch for the agenda for the retreat. It's going to be public. We're taking it out of the basement. It's going to be in the council chambers so and it will be videoed so people will be able to see it. But we are looking for transparency and we're looking for citizens participation and if we have a little time I'll reach my quote from Thomas Jefferson that said participation in public life is the first duty of citizenship.
