Thanks for being here. And as I mentioned, we thought we'd be probably five days in drying and another four week to tune in construction. So we are now just awaiting construction. It's been four weeks, so more damage than we anticipated. March 23rd, as I'm being told, I'll be able to christen the new office and hang the LCAD back up and right, get going.
