I had a letter, literally a first class letter sent from five miles from my house, from my sister in law to my wife and it took seven days to get there. Okay, this is a problem. So One of the things we can look at is allowing refills to be done quicker. And so to allow, unfortunately, allow for this lag time if need be. We're also looking into policies on how we can then work maybe with community pharmacists or other pharmacy outlets that we can do this. (01:32–01:38)
