In this last year, the Trump administration, through the 202C authorities that Chris Wright had as Secretary of Energy and also just utilities realizing that they were putting themselves in a precarious over rotation towards intermittent unreliable sources. 17 gigawatts of baseload coal remained open and that was critical to getting through the peak winter days this winter.
