We know that when it comes to mothers, especially with our infant and maternal infant mortality rates, especially for black women, Latinx women, women of color where the rates are far greater for our communities. And so What this bill proposes would extend it from 60 days to 90 days. And even though Governor ever is proposed budget would be, you know, a whole year, if anything, we need to make sure that those services are extended so that way our mothers have the support they need.
