You know, and like I said, in the history of this piece of legislation, there's been different variations of the bill. But I think what's different with this bill that we've drafted is that It's actually got a public hearing. All the other pieces of legislation that have been introduced in years past never got as so far to even allow the public to comment. So I think in having people come and show out what their concerns are, why they would support this, gives it additional life. (17:43–17:52)
