This is not creating any bigger government, no new programs. This is not a trigger for any automatic funding. This is a task force to see how we can improve early childhood education. The task force will be giving recommendations to the legislature as to how we can improve kindergarten readiness, looking at child care capacity, as well as, again, spending funds efficiently.
