We were just in Binghamton earlier today where we believe that we should build a new Constitution pipeline to deliver natural gas from Pennsylvania to New England. We believe that New York should reverse its ban on the extraction of natural gas. We're getting held up by the governor of New York. She made a deal with us to allow us to build [the pipeline] and she's holding it. And Connecticut is suffering and all of New England is suffering and upstate New York is really suffering. And this is a pipeline that goes very substantially underground that nobody's going to see. (09:59–10:07)
