But Washington D.C. now is a safe, beautiful city where the restaurants are booming, the town is booming. People walk to the restaurants with their wife or their children and have a good time. We were losing all the restaurants. We were losing our life in this. We were just the whole. The whole heritage of Washington D.C. was, was down the drain. And we brought it back and now everybody is thrilled to be here. It's our hottest. It's a part of the hottest country anywhere in the world.
