I rebuilt our military my first term and we've used it a little bit in my second term and I'm very honored to have done it. What we've done is incredible. All for peace and all for goodwill. Today we're officially launching the construction of the largest new shipyard in the United States since World War II. There's been nothing like what we're doing today. The workers of Baltimore and the shipyard here, Sparrow's Point, have been a vital part of the American industrial strength for literally over 100 years. (08:35–08:42)
