Certainly there are hundreds of billions that have been stolen, and we're finding a lot of it in many places that you would not really think it's possible. Some states that you would think it wasn't so bad, but it's bad. But If you look at California, if you look at Minnesota, if you look at Maine, who would think Maine, you know, think of Maine as this wonderful, a very innocent place. Maine is bad. They're all bad.
