I want to start and share two major things on this question that stand out to me. Number one, I believe it's imperative now more than ever that we look at the pipeline within agriculture. We have to ignite a pathway for young farmers to be able to come in and actually succeed. Part of that means to me, right to the exact point we were talking about earlier.
