On the morning of October 7, 2023, Keith Siegel and his wife Aviva were abducted from their home in Kibitz Kaffar Aza during the Hamas terrorist attacks. Aviva was later released, but Keith, a native of North Carolina, remains in Hamas captivity as one of six Americans still been held hostage. Seagull family members attended this year's State of the Union at the invitation of North Carolina Senators Tom Tillis and Ted Budd. I gladly join in to advocate for Keith's release. (00:17–00:28)
