And we could have gotten it done even last session, but we didn't and so it was one of the first things I thought we'd get done this session. And unfortunately it didn't happen, I believe, because this outside hedge fund hired Americans for Prosperity. So they were lobbying against this bill in the state Capitol. And whoever these Americans for Prosperity, they have a lot of friends out of the Republicans. So they refused to, you know, they said they promised their friend they wouldn't vote for it.
