I think over the last four years, the governor and the legislature, with the leadership of Senator Lylbom and Senator Grothman from our area, have made great strides in turning the state around. They took a $3.6 billion deficit, turned it into a $1 billion surplus. 100,000 jobs create, 17,000 businesses created in the state of Wisconsin.
