It has to be in person or by zoom or something like that, I believe. So it makes it much more difficult to actually keep our error rate down. Currently the state's still under the 6%, but barely. It's quite marginal. The good thing we have going for us in Wisconsin is DHS does a much better job than a lot of other states around the nation who are really going to get hit coming up here.
