We discussed labor and how important that is to dairy farmers. The immigration system has to be modified to make sure that we have year round labor supply for our farmers. We have to make sure that the regulations that are put in place are not only onerous and crushing to our family farms. It's very important that we understand that every single dollar that a family farmer has to spend on trying to figure out a regulation is a dollar that he can't put or she can't put back into the herd or back into their labor force.
