Another bill that I have today is the Refinancing Relief for a Veterans Act. This legislation will reduce the fee for veterans who are using an Interest Rate Reduction loan, or irrl. This bill would allow veterans an even less expensive way to get a mortgage with a lower interest rate. This would have the refinancing half the refinancing fee associated with the VA home loans, making it easier for veterans to secure better rates. (01:20–01:27)
