Gentlemen and ladies, when they're here, one of the bills that we're considering today is my answer to help veterans who have gotten behind on their mortgages and cannot catch up by refinancing due to the high interest rates in the current market. These veterans on average owe less than $20,000. I have made no secret my opinion on VA VAS program.
