I rise today in strong support of HR8371, the Elizabeth Dole Act. I do this for two individuals in one group. The two individuals being Robert Francis Mulligan and Mary Jean Robert Francis Mulligan and Mary Jean Mulligan, who are both World War II veterans, died in nursing homes in poor conditions because they were not able to have funding through [the Elizabeth Dole Act]. this act. And I'm very supportive of it. The group that I stand in strong support of today is our Gold Star Families. (00:26–00:38)
