And I want you just to. I want you to hyper focus on these issues because all of these problems are fixable. And if we're not, the status quo is not acceptable. Our wounded veterans are trapped in a chair for the rest of their lives. You know what I mean? They can't speak, they can't see, they can't walk. They're grotesquely disfigured by burns, and they can't move well, and they're having mental health issues. And all of this is about them. And so I really want you guys to do some soul searching and figure out how to do this better. Establish metrics. (13:39–13:58)
