But the wheels on a minibus may be going round and round, according to Valideo, who works on the appropriations committee. To say, I'm working at 100% done, that's going to be difficult to do. But if we can at least move some of the approach bills that there is some agreement on to the president's desk, and then figure out how we're going to get the rest, if it's going to be some sort of mini bus, it just depends on what type of politics come to play here in the capital.
