Normally you go through the process of working up through different positions within leadership, and you build that team up, I guess, if it makes sense. And Speaker Johnson skipped quite a few steps, and so he's learning the role. I think he's doing a great job, especially when you give him the fact that he's really didn't have a position of leadership before, other than just a minor position in house leadership.
