You had the president stand right there and he basically said, we're going to do this for Medicare. We're going to raise this tax and this and that, okay? The red portion here is when you pay your payroll tax, that's the portion that goes to the Medicare trust fund. The rest you functionally pay for this comes out of the general fund, which we're borrowing. Part of it over here, that's actually your premiums And a little bit of this is some other transfers.
