Not guarantee of outcome, but a principle that we're committed to equality of opportunity for everybody. And that's happening less and less in our country today. So people are sort of stuck where they start because We don't have great schools, we don't have school choice, which would allow us to bring people out of poverty. We don't have an economy that's creating enough dynamic opportunity. And so in the Senate, one of the things I'd be most focused on is creating that kind of opportunity. (04:16–04:22)
