He has it within his executive authority to stop this mass migration into our country that's doing so many damage in so many different ways. He's just failed to do that. And The bipartisan legislation that was put forward is in fact essentially giving resources to accelerate the processing of the asylum cases, not to secure the border. And so that's why I oppose it. HR2 would actually help secure the border. We've got to get control of this. It's an enormous national security challenge. (04:31–04:42)
