And you know, I come from a family of teachers and I appreciate the incredible role they play, but they're in a system now which ultimately undermines their capacity to do their jobs. Well. In the book I outlined the fact that Spending for education has increased at a certain percentage, but that 70% of that growth is in administration and principals, everything else. Right, exactly. This is a monopoly that's not sustainable. And it's now, I think, a time to take that fight at multiple levels. And that's what needs to happen. (11:01–11:09)
