There's 67 counties, they have very different processes for how they protect. There's many dropboxes that don't have adequate oversight. And so, and many, many Pennsylvania like huge numbers. Half of Republicans don't believe in the integrity of our elections. That's a horrible thing for our country. It's a horrible thing for our commonwealth. So we need to take measures to both be much more competitive than mail in balloting, but also ensure the integrity of elections to give people confidence. (22:42–22:47)
