It's also affecting that young person who may want to buy a home. And everybody's against squeezed in every direction and it's not just affecting homeowners, it's also affecting renters as well. Because When property tax go up, landlords quite frankly pass those down to those renters as well. And so we have to tackle property taxes by one investing in our education system, increasing the reimbursement rates as well for special education, because our school districts shouldn't have to choose between mandated services and whether or not they're going to have teachers.
