We built the first ever Milwaukee Mental Health Emergency center to help get people stabilized for adults and for young people. But we've also been able to strengthen emergency management services as well to where We're the only county, first county in the entire state and the first, first fire EMS system in the entire country to actually do whole blood transfusions in the field. And so we have to utilize health as one of the key indicators as we make decisions on everything that we have to make a decision that we have to make at the state level. (1:08:59–1:09:10)
