So we wanted to open that up. And since then we have been able to do what some would say was nearly impossible. We were able to build affordable housing here in Milwaukee County. Seven different projects all happening for the very first time in suburban communities. And that's because we need housing everywhere, not just in urban centers. And there isn't a one size fits all solution for Milwaukee county just like there isn't one for the state of Wisconsin. (08:01–08:10)
