Now certainly there are things that we should do to make sure that our workplaces are fair, safe places to work. But the DEI programs are being abandoned by corporate America for a very good reason. They don't work. They create division in the workplace. They're a distraction to the mission and first and foremost they're constitutionally suspect. I know we're short on time here, but the other thing that everybody in the state's concerned about is, is their job, keeping their job, finding a job. (27:13–27:23)
