They're down 26%, whereas they're up 15%. Across the state, Our prison population has dropped by half. And that's not by letting people out, that's by not as many people coming back in. And more importantly, what we've seen just from 2022-23, we have seen gang violence decrease by 75% in the city of York, and we have seen homicides in the City of York go down by 80% during that same time period.
