And then there was the Comfort Zone home health care case, where in the final stages of prosecuting nearly two dozen defendants from that Montgomery county based case, from the owner of Comfort Zone all the way down the chain, More than $1.76 million in Medicaid fraud was uncovered [in the Comfort Zone home health care case]. Leon Montgomery, the owner's son, recently pleaded guilty.
