But we're authorizing a major transit center in San Jose called the Mineta Institute for Transportation to start studying this problem and to report back to the legislature in a year. I've got a major bill right now that would try to preserve 30% of our state lands and coastal waters as preserved open spaces for the future by the year 2030. And that's really important for a lot of reasons. Biodiversity. About 6,000 major species are about to go instinct in California. But it's also important, I think, for Californians identity.
