“Number one, there should be protection on energy prices, rate protection. The hyperscalers should bring more energy than they use. That's happening in Pennsylvania. For example, Omer City, we're going to have 4.4 gigawatts. It's a coal fired plant being transitioned to a gas fired plant. A gigawatt is going to go onto the grid to try to lower energy prices.
