But I will say one more thing, maybe for everyone. The Biden administration Solicitor General said, and I quote that these national injunctions, they operate asystema with asymmetry. One of those words I can't do. The government must prevail in every suit to keep its policy in force. But plaintiffs can derail a federal program nationwide with but a single lower court victory. And that is really the crux of why we wanted to be limited to the plaintiffs before a judge so that his or her ruling applies to those plaintiffs. (10:13–10:25)
