And it's also why we need to diversify. We don't just need tech back in San Francisco. We need our creative class here again, being able to afford to live here. We need to build more housing here in San Francisco. And frankly, across the state of California we have an affordability crisis. Companies coming back here have to understand that and be part of the solution. And so we are going to welcome businesses of all stripes and types back here. (09:39–09:47)
