Driscoll talked to the Journal about why he's laser focused on preparing the US army for future wars. Earlier this year, Driscoll launched the Army Transformation Initiative to modernize everything a soldier deals with. We have got to mix in all of these new skill sets and traits and technology. The goal to prepare soldiers for a world in which wars are won by drones, sensors and artificial intelligence.
