So the people that we have working for us, 250,000 civilians to the jobs that we had, we went through this exercise that had not occurred in 50 plus years. And what we found is We had 40,000 excess jobs posted and we had 20,000 people not in jobs that command said they wanted. And so we used a matching tool from one of the big software providers.
